Why don’t I just use chatGPT and make my own copy?

Chat GPT operates like a dedicated employee, capable of handling a significant workload of creative tasks swiftly. However, without clear guidance from a knowledgeable supervisor who understands the processes and drives results, it may tend to perform more basic and less impactful activities.

Why wouldn’t I just hire a full-time copywriter or graphic designer?

Excellent question! To begin with, hiring a full-time, extensively skilled graphic designer on an annual basis now surpasses $100,000, not to mention the additional costs like benefits. The same goes for copywriters. Besides that, there might be periods where you don’t have enough work to keep them busy, so you’re paying for time you aren’t utilising.

Additionally, it’s quite unlikely that you’ll be able to hire someone who can do both copywriting and graphic design.

With our monthly plan, you have the flexibility to pause and resume your subscription whenever necessary. This way, you only pay for your copywriting and design services when you have work that needs our expertise.

Is there a limit to the number of requests I can make each month?

There is no limit on the number of requests, however depending on your plan only one or two requests will be processed at a time.

Who am I going to be working with?

You’ll work directly with me, the founder of NSM. However, during busy times I partner with other excellent copywriters and graphic designers.

What type of work can I request through the subscription service?

You can request various types of content related to copywriting and graphic design.

Can I change or upgrade my subscription plan at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Simply log in to your account though the client portal which can be found on your Trello board and make the desired changes.

How quickly will I receive my project after submitting a request?

Generally, it takes around 48hr depending on the complexity of the work. For larger projects, it might take longer, and in that case, we will communicate this with you.

What if I’m not satisfied with the work I receive?

Your satisfaction is essential to us. If you’re not happy with the content, you can request revisions. We will work with you to make the necessary changes until you’re satisfied.

Are there any additional fees or hidden costs?

No, the subscription price covers the cost of the content creation. There are no hidden fees.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term commitments. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Can I provide specific guidelines for the content I need?

Yes, you can provide detailed instructions, brand guidelines, and any specific requirements when submitting your content requests. This helps us tailor the work to your needs.
